Ekaterina Kirillova, PsyM

Hi! My name is Katya (she/her/hers). I hold a masters in clinical psychology and am currently working towards my doctorate.

My strongest clinical passion is neurodivergence. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals seeking answers and a stronger understanding of themselves through testing, as well as providing supportive, specialized therapy for ongoing healing. The intersection of neurodivergence and chronic health concerns is remarkably high, and often overlooked. In my work, I am focused on guiding individuals who are struggling with sleep concerns, chronic illness, and chronic pain. So often, neurodivergent individuals are given standard advice for improving their quality of sleep that simply does not take into account that “typical” advice does not apply to everyone. I am committed to collaborating with you to find creative, implementable, and effective solutions to improve your rest and your quality of life.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in several settings including forensic, outpatient, inpatient, and primary care. Additionally, I have gained experience conducting autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental assessments under the supervision of several licensed psychologists. In my free time, you can expect to find me knitting, crocheting, playing pickleball, or doing yoga; all outside, whenever weather permits!

I approach therapy and assessment with a deep respect for every client that I get to work with, and I would be honored to work with you to help achieve the goals you set for yourself. My goal is to provide a non-judgemental and affirming space to process your emotions and experiences in a way that is authentic to you.
