Join us for a 6-week support and education group designed specifically for parents and caregivers of children diagnosed with ADHD. This group offers a space to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of parenting a neurodivergent child, while also gaining tools and insights to support your family with more confidence and compassion. Participants can attend either in person or virtually.
Each weekly session will run for 90 minutes and will include a blend of psychoeducation, open discussion, and practical strategies to take home. Topics may include emotional regulation, executive functioning, behavior management, co-regulation, and supporting your child’s strengths. Whether you’re looking for guidance, validation, or just a place to feel less alone, this group is here to support you.
This group will be led by doctoral students with direct supervision from Dr. Penelope Chavez-Frigon.
