    A supportive space to explore identity and creativity for neurodivergent adults

    This group is designed specifically for neurodivergent adults. Together, we explore creative expression and identity in a format that’s structured but flexible. Activities include visual art, improvisation, reflective discussion, and optional movement.

    We prioritize autonomy, consent, and comfort—allowing each participant to engage in the ways that work best for them. Whether you’re new to groups or looking for a space that truly fits, this is a community where your differences are welcomed and honored.

  • Adult Creative Connections

    Reconnect with your creativity and sense of play.


    Wednesdays | 7:00–8:30pm | $75 per session | Runs for 8 weeks with weekly group meetings | Waitlist available

    This group is for adults who want to explore expressive arts and creative storytelling in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether you’re seeking a therapeutic outlet, a playful reset, or a deeper connection with yourself and others, this group offers space to express and explore through movement, improv, art, and reflection.

    No acting experience is required—just an open mind. The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician trained in drama therapy and expressive arts.

Meet your group facilitator.

Meet Deborah (she/her)— our resident artistic presence in the practice and a joyful burst of creativity and compassion! She’s a neurodivergent drama therapist and licensed social worker who makes connecting playful, expressive, and totally unique. No matter your age or comfort level with group settings, Deborah brings the magic of storytelling, movement, and imagination to help you reconnect with who you truly are.
