Amanda Miller M.Ed.
Hi! I’m Amanda (she/her), a neurodivergent support specialist with a background in education, the arts, and over two decades of experience working with adults and young adults across a range of life stages and disabilities. I hold a Master’s in Education from Xavier University and a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
My approach is creative, compassionate, and person-centered. I support my clients in building sustainable routines, strengthening executive function, and developing real-life strategies for organization, job readiness, and creative problem solving. Whether we’re working on resumes, interview prep, navigating insurance, finding a doctor, setting up reminders, or just figuring out how to get through the week—I aim to offer tools that reduce overwhelm, not add to it. I do not offer mental health treatment, but would be honored to help set you up with a great therapist or collaborate with your therapist if you have one already!
I’m especially passionate about helping clients recognize and respond to burnout. We talk through ways to reduce internal and external demands, shift expectations, and create routines that actually work for you. Together, we look for practical strategies that honor your energy, your values, and your unique way of moving through the world. I am happy to collaborative with your therapist, your doctor, and your loved ones to best support you.
All sessions are held virtually on Saturdays, creating space for support without the stress of weekday scheduling. I offer sessions between 30 minutes ($60) and 60 minutes ($120). I look forward to connecting with you!
