Join our doctoral student, Hannah Youtsler, for our Neurodivergent Affirming Emotional Regulation Group. Group will focus on fostering the neurodivergent identity, exploring the value driven self, and building on emotional regulation strengths. Must be 18 or older to join.
Runs weekly for 8 meetings.
Meet Hannah Youtsler
Hannah Youtsler is a doctoral student who specializes in supporting children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, and life transitions. With experience across private practice, residential treatment, community corrections, and work with underserved populations, she brings a thoughtful understanding of resilience, emotional development, and systemic impact. Hannah is known for her warm, collaborative presence and her commitment to creating a radically affirming, trauma-informed space where clients feel seen and supported. Her approach integrates evidence-based strategies with feminist, strength-based, and mind-body frameworks, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths, build meaningful coping tools, and move toward healing with authenticity, creativity, and compassion.
