Hi, I’m Roger (he/him), a doctoral student in clinical psychology with a concentration in clinical neuropsychology. My professional background includes work in human services, developmental disabilities support, and healthcare administration, experiences that strengthened my interest in individualized care, advocacy, and understanding the many ways neurological and psychological differences shape daily life.
I previously managed a home healthcare agency serving youth with developmental disabilities, where I developed a deeper appreciation for patience, adaptability, and collaborative care. My experiences across healthcare, business leadership, and community-based work continue to inform the empathy and perspective I bring into clinical settings today.
My primary clinical and academic interests center on clinical neuropsychology, particularly the relationship between cognitive, emotional, and neurological functioning. I am especially drawn to neuropsychological assessment and the ways thoughtful, evidence-informed evaluation can help individuals better understand themselves and access appropriate support.
I value authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration in clinical work and strive to create an environment where clients feel respected, understood, and supported in the complexity of their experiences.
Outside of psychology, I enjoy writing, live music, hiking, fishing, and spending time in nature whenever possible.

Hi, I am Jigeesha (she/her/hers), and I am a fifth-year Clinical Psychology doctoral student at Miami University. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020 and completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at American University in 2022. I also earned a master’s degree from Miami University in 2024 and am currently pursuing my PhD. My educational and clinical training experiences have deepened my understanding of the many factors that influence mental health and well-being and strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, affirming, and empowering care.
I have worked with clients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, in a variety of settings, including schools, university clinics, outpatient services, and inpatient settings. I have provided both individual and group therapy, as well as neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessments. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
My assessment experience includes working with adults across the lifespan on concerns related to ADHD, autism, cognitive changes, and diagnostic clarification, as well as developing cognitive profiles for individuals experiencing challenges related to medical conditions, neurological changes, neurocognitive decline, and brain injury. I also have experience supporting clients with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is informed by cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, systemic, and interpersonal perspectives. I strive to use evidence-based interventions while taking a strengths-based and individualized approach to care. I recognize the impact that systems, identity, and lived experiences can have on mental health. I value creating a collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and respected in their identities and experiences. I am also passionate about group-based interventions and have experience facilitating skills-focused groups for ADHD and autism, parent management training, and emotion regulation interventions. I believe therapy can be a space for growth, self-understanding, and developing practical tools that help clients move toward meaningful and fulfilling lives. -
Hello! My name is Rachel Li (she/her), and I am a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology at Miami University. Through my clinical training, I have worked with individuals navigating concerns related to neurodivergence, trauma, perfectionism, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. As a therapist and assessor, I strive to understand how each client’s unique experiences have shaped who they are and to collaborate in identifying meaningful and effective support. I believe that a genuine, trusting relationship is the foundation of effective therapy and assessment, and I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and cared for.
In assessment work, I provide comprehensive evaluations designed to deepen clients’ self-understanding and offer clear, practical guidance. I particularly enjoy working with clients with complex histories and overlapping concerns related to ADHD/Autism, mood difficulties, and trauma, and I have specialized training in assessing children and adolescents. I tailor each evaluation to the individual, selecting measures that help uncover important patterns, strengths, and areas of need. I also believe assessment results should be accessible rather than overwhelming or overly technical; My goal is for clients to leave the evaluation process with greater self-understanding and concrete next steps.
As a therapist, I have experience supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence, identity-related concerns, relational difficulties, and mood concerns. My approach draws from Narrative Therapy, evidenced based therapies and principles to support emotional processing and practical problem-solving. I am especially passionate about helping clients build nurturing relationships with themselves and others in ways that feel authentic to them. In my work with youth and families, I enjoy helping young people better understand their emotions, behaviors, and developmental needs while supporting caregivers in building supportive family environments. My research background in child emotional development and parent-child relationships also informs my work and allows me to integrate evidence-based knowledge into treatment and assessment.
I understand that seeking therapy and assessment can feel confusing, vulnerable, or discouraging, particularly for individuals who have felt misunderstood or stigmatized in the past. It is a privilege to be part of this process with you, and I am committed to creating a collaborative, compassionate space where we can explore the next steps together.

Hello everyone! My name is Gabby (she/her/hers), and I am a fourth-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Xavier University pursuing my Psy.D. I currently hold a master’s degree in psychology. My clinical experience has primarily involved working with adults from diverse sociocultural backgrounds who have been impacted by trauma and systemic injustice, as well as individuals experiencing difficulties with emotion regulation. I also have experience conducting psychological assessments across the lifespan, particularly for ADHD, Autism, memory-related concerns, and behavioral difficulties.
I view therapy as an affirming space that fosters authenticity and self-empowerment, especially for individuals within the queer and neurodivergent communities. I believe therapy can be a powerful way to cultivate resilience and healing through both personal growth and meaningful connection with one’s community. My personal experiences as a queer woman, along with my work supporting clients, have reinforced the importance of creating a therapeutic environment grounded in curiosity and an appreciation for the many factors that shape a person’s experience, including their biological, emotional, relational, and sociocultural identities.
My approach to therapy and assessment is collaborative and centered on each client’s unique story. I believe this foundation is essential for creating an environment where clients feel heard and supported. My work integrates evidence-based approaches, primarily rooted in evidence based therapies and interventions, in ways that are practical, goal-oriented, and flexible to each individual’s needs. I also focus on helping clients recognize and build upon their existing strengths to create a life that feels meaningful and genuine to them.
As someone who values bringing authenticity into clinical work, I deeply appreciate genuine connection, creativity, and the role that humor can have in the healing process. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy arts and crafts, spending quality time with loved ones, and connecting with nature through hiking. I’m passionate about helping individuals move toward self-love and acceptance while creating meaningful change in their lives, and I would be honored to support you on your journey. Please feel free to reach out through the contact page. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how we might work together!
