Hi everyone, I’m Gina (she/they)! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) practicing in Cincinnati, Ohio (in person) and across Ohio (virtually). I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!) and completed my master’s at Marshall University. Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring Cincinnati’s growing food scene, watching competition shows and reality TV, or trying to convince my cat to play with the many toys she continues to ignore. I have several years of experience supporting individuals in eating disorder recovery at higher levels of care and am excited to continue helping people nourish their bodies here at Reclaimed Divergence.
As a dietitian, my goal is to help individuals fuel their bodies with more comfort and confidence. I welcome clients facing a range of challenges including eating disorders, food allergies, and weight stigma. I am especially passionate about supporting:
Folks navigating Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Teens and young adults working through disordered eating during life transitions
Adults unpacking the impact of lifelong exposure to diet culture
Whether your relationship with food has been shaped by eating disorders, diet culture, neurodivergence, medical conditions, or physical disability, I’m here to support you with compassion and expertise. If you’d like to learn more and see if we’re a good fit, feel free to schedule a discovery call before your first session. I look forward to meeting you!
